In my opinion, some things should be done every day; like starting the day with a detoxifying warm lemon water, drinking beetroot and carrot juice, getting a serious dose of plant-based protein and fresh fruit and vegetables, moving your body, surrounding yourself with people that make you feel good and being as mindful as possible. The aim of this section is to encourage every day good habits to be formed. One thing is guaranteed, the benefits will be aplenty.
